Pillar 01
Sahaji Products
Supplements and functional nutrition, ingestibles and consumables, skincare and topicals, devices and recovery equipment, diagnostics and testing.
Why this pillar exists
Products generate high-frequency repeat purchase, carry the gross margin required to fund brand building, and provide the portfolio's most portable assets — a range developed for one venture can be distributed through every space and brand in the group. Traditional and complementary medicine, which encompasses the botanical and herbal formulations increasingly embedded in supplements as well as the emerging longevity and recovery modalities, is forecast to grow at close to 11% annually to 2029.
What we look for
Substantiated formulation with defensible intellectual property or supply relationships. A repeat purchase rate that demonstrates genuine efficacy rather than marketing efficiency. Unit economics that survive the loss of paid acquisition. And regulatory positioning that is conservative rather than optimistic — because in a category that sells wellbeing, a claim you cannot defend is the largest risk on your balance sheet.
