Privacy Policy
SAHAJI PTY LTD handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we treat it.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide through our enquiry form — your name, email address, company or venture name, website, the pillar you nominate, your enquiry text and your consent record — together with standard technical information such as the date and time of submission.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to assess your enquiry against the Sahaji Filter and to correspond with you about it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without a separate, explicit request.
Who can see it
Access is limited to Sahaji Holdings personnel involved in assessing enquiries, and to the service providers who host our website and database under confidentiality obligations. Where an enquiry is relevant to a syndicate partner, we seek your consent before sharing it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and are deleted on request unless we are required to retain them by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by writing to enquiries@sahajiholdings.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
